Clothing, shoes and accessories needed proper lighting to engage customers
Mi-Life in Fremantle needed an upgrade of its interior retail lighting. The store’s wide floor plan called for even light to showcase its fashion and accessories. The vision was simple – bright, welcoming lighting to attract and engage customers. The contractors needed something that could give smooth, continuous light without dark spots. It was also preferable that the system be easy to install.
Getting the retail lighting right from day one was really important. Good lighting isn’t just about making things easy to see. It creates a mood, shows off products, and helps customers enjoy their shopping. Different colour temperatures and brightness levels create a big impact. And the edgy clothing and accessory store needed lighting to suit its brand style.
Connectable system sourced from stock and coordinated with contractors
Our team at Industralight knew exactly what Mi-Life Fremantle needed. We got to work straight away on a solution for their retail lighting challenge. First, we provided detailed data sheets to the electrical contractors. And we answered every question upfront so there would be no surprises during the fitout.
The main part of our solution was the continuous linear series. This adaptable lighting system joins together easily. Multiple sections connect to create one continuous light source across wide spaces. The luminaire design makes sure light spreads evenly without visible gaps. This creates that clean, professional look that good retail spaces need. Plus, the system’s LED technology means lower power bills for the business.
And the good news was that we had the required luminaires in stock. This meant no waiting around for manufacturing or long lead times. We could move straight to delivery planning instead of making the contractors wait. Working together was important throughout the whole process. We stayed in close touch with the contractor to ensure a smooth delivery. And the instructional documentation was made for a simple installation.
